They are real pictures, well composed and extremely well post shoot worked with layers in Adobe CS4 of raw pictures and high dynamic range.
Beautifully made. This is photo art amongst the very best.

Guys, give him a break. he was appreciating another artist’s work, bringing more beauty to all of us, so CHILL! He wasn’t ripping of the artist, is he getting paid for this? No. So take a breather, and enjoy the art. Also, who cares if they are photo shopped? In our world the majority of photos are photo shopped. its another art form. really guys…

Hey guys
not paintings at all but sure enough HDR – but why not? A “normal” photo is also far away from what you can see with your eyes – so a HDR is not “cheating” – why does nobody cry when he sees an b/w pic? Thats also not “real”… just my 2 cents
